Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel for the Applicant and the averments made in the Application, I am satisfied that the Applicant has made out a case for allowing the present Civil Application. Hence, the following order:

A) Civil Application is allowed in terms of prayer clauses (a) & (b) which read thus:

(a) that the addresses of Respondent Nos.4 and 5 be permitted to be substituted as mentioned in the schedule appended Basavraj G Patil 1/2

24.15-caf hereto, in the title of appeal memo of appeal (ST) No.14957/2013 and title of Civil Application No.3068/2013 necessary amendment to that effect be permitted to be carried out.

(b) After amendment fresh notice be ordered to be issued to Respondent Nos.4 and 5 in Civil Application No.3068/2013 at their changed addresses.

B) Amendment to be carried out within six weeks from today, failing which the Civil Application shall stand dismissed without further reference to the court.

C) Applicant is directed to pay bhatta charges within stipulated time for issuing notice to Respondent Nos.4 and 5, failing which the Civil Application shall stand dismissed without further reference to the court.

D) Civil Application stands disposed off accordingly.
