Learned Counsel for the applicant has submitted that the applicant was granted temporary bail and she has surrendered before Jail authority on 12/1/2018. It is further submitted that the applicant is in custody since February, 2016. That the charge is framed in the month of June, 2017. However, there is no progress in the trial. The learned Counsel for the applicant upon instructions submits that he would not press the present application on merits in the eventuality the trial is expedited. Liberty as prayed for is granted in the interest of justice. Learned Sessions Judge seized with the Sessions Case No. 63 Talwalkar 1/2
2.ba2093.17 of 2016 pending before the learned Sessions Judge, Alibag shall make every endeavour to conclude recording of evidence in Sessions Case No. 63 of 2016 within 8 months from the date of receipt of this order.
