1] This application is filed for fixing the First Appeal No.2201 of 2011 peremptorily for final hearing.

2] It is submitted that the Applicants are the auction purchasers and one of the Applicant is of the age of 'senior citizens'. Learned counsel for Respondent No.1 is also submits that the hearing of the Appeal may be finally fixed, as Respondent No.1 has also deposited the entire amount as awarded in the Court. 3] Hence, the Application is allowed. The hearing of the Appeal is expedited. Appeal be added to the final hearing board commencing from 8th October, 2018.
