DATE : 01 DECEMBER 2023 P.C. :- The Petitioners have challenged the Recovery Certificate dated 24 May 2018 and the order passed in Revision Application dated 22 June 2018. The Petitioners are the borrowers of Respondent No.1 - Bank. The Petition which was filed on 24 August 2018 has remained pending without being circulated without any order. The learned Counsel for the Petitioners states that he has no instructions and perhaps the Petition may not survive. Pursuant to rejection of Revision the Respondent No.1 may have taken the cause forward.
