Heard. This Application is made by the Petitioner for fixing early date of hearing of the Writ Petition on the ground that the issue involved in the petition is covered by the judgment of this court in the matter of Mangesh Nivrutti Kashid Vs. The District Collector, Satara & Ors. 2012(5) ALL MR 759.

Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel for the Applicant, averments made in the Civil Application and the aforementioned judgment, we are satisfied that the Applicant has made out a case for allowing the Civil Application. Hence, following order is passed:
