At the outset, learned AGP submits that the Tahsildar vide Letter dated 16.08.2018 has only directed the Petitioners to remain present in his office on 30.08.2018 at 4.00 p. m.. Learned AGP submits that the Petitioners are at liberty to file an appropriate Application before the Tahsildar setting out their grievances. He submits that if such an Application is filed before the Tahsildar, the Tahsildar will decide the Application on its own merits, as expeditiously as possible.

In view of the statement made by the learned AGP,
WP(ST) 24588-18.doc learned counsel for the Petitioners seeks leave to withdraw the aforesaid Petition. The Petition is accordingly disposed off as withdrawn. If the Petitioners file an Application, the Tahsildar will decide the same, expeditiously, on its own merits. All contentions of the parties are kept open. All concerned to act on the authenticated copy of this order.
