Advocate for the Petitioner submits that in both the matters, Petitioner no.2, Fulabai Sambhaji Satav expired. He submits that he received instruction to delete the name from the cause title of both the matters. Same is permitted.

Amendment be carried out during the course of the day.

The learned Counsel for the Petitioner submits that he received instruction in both the Mohite 1/2

503 wp10152-13 matters from Petitioner no.1 to withdraw both the petitions.

To that effect he has filed affidavit dated 30.06.2017 duly affirmed by Petitioner no.1 who is present in court. Same is taken on record and marked 'X' for identification.

Both the Writ Petitions stand disposed of as withdrawn.

No order as to costs.
