By this application, the Applicant has sought to restrain the Respondent from selling, transferring and /or creating any third party rights, title and interest in respect of the suit premises. In paragraph 2 of the reply fled by the Respondent, a statement has been made that there is no possibility of parting with possession and creating third party rights in respect of the suit premises. 2.

In the light of the said statement, which is accepted as an undertaking to the Court, the civil application stands disposed of in terms of prayer clause (a).
