Heard Mr. Shelar, learned Advocate appearing for the applicants. He submitted that applicants are apprehending their arrest at the hands of Wagle Estate Police Station, Thane in connection with C.R. No.131/2019 registered for ofences under Sections 306,, 328,, 498,(A,, 506, and 34 of Indian Penal Code (for short 'I.P.C.',.

He submitted that Anticipatory Bail Application Nos.2333/2019 and 238,3/2019 were fled before this Court and interim relief was granted vide Order dated 22nd October 2019. He submitted that thereafter, a charge sheet was fled

mdp 2/2 29 ia 2702-21.doc and he applied for regular bail before the learned trial Court. The relief granted by Order dated 22nd October 2019 was continued till 4th September 2021. On 8,th October 2021, as a last chance earlier protection granted was extended for one week. He submitted that in view of this, application was submitted before the learned Additional Sessions Judge, Thane bearing Criminal Bail Application No.3479/2021 seeking bail. However, he submitted that the same was withdrawn under wrong address. He therefore, seeks extension of interim relief granted by this Court by Order dated 8,th October 2021 for a period of four weeks for fling fresh bail application.

In view of this, protection granted by Order dated 22nd October 2019 as continued by this Court Order dated 4th September 2021 and 8,th October 2021 is extended for a period of four weeks on executing P.R. bond in the sum of Rs.15,000/- each with one or two sureties in the like amount. 4.

The applicants to report to the investigating ofcer as and when called for by the investigating ofcer of the Wagle Estate Police Station.

Anticipatory Bail Application and Interim Application are disposed of in the above terms.
