The above Civil Application has been filed for bringing the heirs of the petitioner Shri Gokuldas Nanalal Thakkar on record whose names appear in para 9 of the Civil Application. Since there was discrepancy in the name of the petitioner as appearing in the above writ petition and in the death certificate, the learned Counsel for the petitioner was directed to produce the gazette notification showing that it is one and the same person. The learned Counsel has accordingly produced the gazette notification dated 04.08.1983. The change of the name is shown under columns Old Name with 1/2

(9) CAW 1208-15 Registration No. and New Name and Address, and the new name of the petitioner is Gunvantlal Nanalal Thakkar (Rajani). In view of the said gazette notification, the said discrepancy has now been explained. Since the Civil Application for bringing the heirs is filed within time, there is no impediment in allowing the same. The Civil Application is accordingly allowed. Resultantly the heirs of the petitioner are allowed to be brought on record. Amendment to be carried out within two weeks from today. The gazette notification is taken on record and marked 'X' for identification. 2.
