Mr. Gawankar, learned counsel for the petitioner, does not dispute that Appeal is maintainable against the order impugned in this Petition. We are, therefore, not inclined to interfere with the impugned order in exercise of jurisdiction under Article 226 of the Constitution of India. Petition is dismissed. 3.

In the event, the petitioner files Appeal challenging the impugned order before appropriate authority within a week from today, same shall be disposed of on its own merits in accordance with law as expeditiously as possible and preferably within a period of four weeks thereafter.
