The applicant came to be arrested in Crime No. 689 of 2020 registered at Shikrapur Police Station, Pune Gramin for the offences punishable under Sections 380, 395, 427 of the Indian Penal Code. 3.

The applicant came to be arrestedin the present crime of theft of cash from ATM machine as he was arrested in similar crime registered at Parwaliya Sadak Police Station Dist. Bhopal (State of Madhya Pradesh). 4.

The High Court of Madhya Pradesh granted bail to the present applicant in the said crime registered at Parwaliya Sadak police station MJ Jadhav 1 / 2

There is no other incriminating material against the present applicant except CDR. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, I am inclined to release the applicant on bail. Hence, the following order is passed:

(i) Application is allowed.

(ii) The applicant- Shahjad @ Shadad Hajar Khan shall be released on bail in Crime No. 689 of 2020 registered at Shikrapur Police Station, Pune Gramin for the offences punishable under Sections 380, 395, 427 of the Indian Penal Code on furnishing PR bond in the sum or Rs. 25,000/- with one or two local sureties in the like amount.
