The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that respondent nos. 9 and 10, i.e., Collector and Tahsildar of Kellaputhige village, Mangalore has transferred the suit property in the names of 8 legal heirs of late Ramappa Poojari and hence, the petitioner wants to withdraw the Contempt Petition. 3.

The learned counsel for the petitioner is allowed to withdraw the Contempt Petition.
