The execution of the impugned judgment and award dated 6 th April, 2015 passed by the Motor Accident Claims Tribunal, Mumbai, in M.A.C.P.No.2114 of 2002 is stayed subject to the applicant depositing the balance decretal amount with interest with the Motor Accident Claims Tribunal, Mumbai within a period of 8 weeks from the date of uploading of the order i.e. 22nd October, 2019. Upon deposit of the balance amount, the Tribunal shall deposit the same in fixed deposit of a nationalized bank initially for a period of three years and thereafter, renew the same from time to time every three years.

The Civil Application is disposed of.
