Heard learned counsel for the parties.

By this Application, the Applicants seek Transit Anticipatory Bail for a period of four weeks, in connection with FIR No.41 of 2019, registered with the Nanaponda Police Station, District - Valsad, Gujarat, for the alleged offences punishable under Sections 498A, 323, 504, 114 of

2/3 the Indian Penal Code and under Sections 3 and 4 of Dowry Prohibition Act, to enable the Applicants to take appropriate steps and approach the competent Court of law within the said period. 3.

Accordingly, the Application is allowed. The Applicants are granted transit anticipatory bail for a period of four weeks i. e. the Applicants shall not be arrested for four weeks from today to enable them to approach the appropriate Court for seeking appropriate reliefs, on the following terms & conditions :-

O R D E R

(i) In the event of the Applicants' arrest in connection with FIR No.41 of 2019, registered with the Nanaponda Police Station, District - Valsad, Gujarat, the Applicants be intially released on transit cash bail in the sum of Rs.10,000/- each, for a period of two weeks; (ii) The Applicants shall within the said period of two weeks, furnish P.R. Bond in the sum of Rs.10,000/- each with one or two sureties in the like amount;

3/3 (iii) During the aforesaid period of four weeks, the Applicants shall approach the appropriate Court and seek necessary orders. 4.

It is made clear, that this Court has not considered this Application on merits.

The Application is accordingly disposed of.
