Mr. Patel, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor has tendered an affidavit of Shri Prabhakar Ganpat Nale which shows that necessary Gazette Notification has been published on 14th September 2017. Hence, there is a belated compliance by the State Government. In view of the said compliance, there is no reason to initiate action under the Contempt of Courts Act, 1971.
