By these two writ petitions filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India, the petitioners have impugned the order dated 19th May 2017 passed by the Divisional Joint Registrar, Co-operative Societies, Mumbai rejecting the application filed by the petitioners. 2.

By an order dated 7th March 2018 passed by this Court, this Court has granted ad-interim relief in terms of prayer clause (c) of the petition.

Learned AGP for the respondent nos.1 and 2 states that the revision application itself will now be heard on 25th June 2018. The respondent no.3 who appears in person seeks vacation of the ad-interim order passed by this Court.

Ad-interim relief has been in force since 7th March 2018 till date. Revision application is now placed the matter for hearing and final disposal. I am inclined to continue the ad-interim order till disposal of the revision application and for a period of two weeks from the date of communication of the order if the same is adverse against the petitioners. The respondent no.3 is admittedly a party to the said revision application who can appear before the revisional authority and make appropriate submissions.

The Divisional Joint Registrar before whom the revision application filed by the petitioners are pending shall dispose of the said revision application on its own merits and without being influenced by the fact that the ad-interim order has been granted by this Court on 7th March 2018. The Divisional Joint Registrar shall dispose of the revision application within three months from the date of first hearing proposed to be held on 25th June 2018. None of the parties shall take unnecessary adjournment before the Divisional Joint Registrar. Ad-interim order passed by this Court to continue till disposal of the revision application and for a period of two weeks from the date of communication of the order passed by the revisional authority and if the said order is adverse against the petitioners. It is made clear that this Court has not expressed any views on merits of the matter. All contentions raised by all the parties are kept open.

Both the writ petitions are disposed of in aforesaid terms. No order as to costs. In view of disposal of the writ petitions, civil application does not survive and is accordingly disposed of. Parties to act on the authenticated copy of this order.
