In view of the fact that the caste claim of the Petitioner is pending decision with the Respondent No.2, we pass the following order.

ORDER

(i) The Petitioner shall appear before Respondent No.2 on 7 December 2022.

(ii) The Respondent No.2 shall endeavor to decide the validation proceedings in respect of the caste N.S. Kamble page 1 of 2
