This is an application for condonation of delay in filing revision petition challenging the appellate order dismissing the appeal filed by the applicant, whereby he had challenged the order passed by the learned trial Magistrate on an application filed by an aggrieved person.

Heard both sides. The learned Advocate appearing for the respondent No.1/the aggrieved person opposed the application by contending that there are no sufficient reasons for condoning the delay.

(31)APPRNo.3722015.doc The application is on affidavit. In his duly sworn testimony, the applicant had stated that the delay had occasioned because of not taking prompt steps by the Advocate engaged by him.

In this view of the matter for the stated reasons, the delay in filing the revision petition is condoned. The application is disposed of accordingly.
