The Applicant has taken out this application for condonation of delay of 99 days in filing the First appeal against the judgment and order dated 15 March 2010 passed by the learned District Judge-1, Sindhudurg-Oros in Land Reference No.102 of 1997. 2.

Considering the averments made and in the interest of justice, we are inclined to grant the prayers as sufficient reasons/case is made out for condoning the delay in question.
