By Order dated 25/08/2010, Civil Revision Application No.412 of 2008 was disposed of as having abated. 2.

The Civil Application No.209 of 2014 seeks condonation of delay of 299 days and permission to bring legal heirs of the original petitioner on record. This application was filed on 18/10/2010. However, the record discloses that no diligent steps are taken in the matter of service upon the Respondents. There is endorsement that this Civil Application stood dismissed against several Respondents. URS

Today when the matter is called out, Ms.Juhi Nerurkar appears and states that Mr. Dani was earlier appearing in the matter and has already returned the casepapers to the Applicants. 4.

This Civil Application was on board and today there is no appearance on behalf of the Applicants. In the aforesaid circumstances, the Civil Application is dismissed. There shall be no order as to costs.
