Heard learned counsel for the parties.

The order passed on 16 August 2016 was in a Civil Application in Civil Revision Application. Civil Revision Application itself arose from an interlocutory order passed in a suit.

Considering the arguments, no case is made out to review the order dated 16 August 2016, which is a detailed order. 5.

Review Petition is accordingly rejected. As stated earlier, suit will be decided on its own merits.
