The applicant is apprehending arrest in C.R. No.309 of 2019 registered with Malad Police Station, Mumbai for offences under Section 294, 114 r/w Section 34 of Indian Penal Code (for short "IPC") and Sections 8(1)(2)(3)(4) and 6 of The Maharashtra Prohibition of Obscene Dance in Hotels, Restaurants and Bar Rooms and Protection of Dignity of Women (working therein) Act, 2016.

The applicant was granted interim protection vide order dated 21st August, 2019. He was directed to report the by SAJAKALI LIYAKAT JAMADAR Date:

Investigating Officer.

Learned counsel for the applicant submits that the applicant has attended the Investigating Officer in accordance with the directions of this Court. The interim order dated 21st August, 2019 was executed and the applicant was arrested and he has been granted bail.

Learned APP on instructions submits that, on completing investigation, charge-sheet has been filed against the applicant.

In the light of the aforesaid factual aspects, interim order deserves to be confirmed. Custodial interrogation of the applicant is not necessary.

Hence, I pass the following order:

ORDER

(i) Anticipatory Bail Application No.1824 of 2019 is allowed;

(ii) Interim order dated 21st August, 2019 is confirmed. (iii) In the event of arrest of the applicant in connection with in C.R. No.309 of 2019 registered with Malad Police Station, Mumbai, the applicant be released on bail on furnishing P. R. Bond in the sum of Rs.25,000/- with one or two sureties in the like amount;

(iv) Anticipatory Bail Application stands disposed of accordingly.
