This is an application for modification of condition No.(b) imposed upon the applicants while releasing them on bail by this court by its order dated 26.11.2015.

The learned counsel for the applicant submitted that since the date of passing of the order the applicants are sincerely complying with said condition by attending Wadala TT Police Station on every Monday and Wednesday between10.00 a.m. to 2.00 noon. He submitted that till date the police have not submitted the charge sheet. 3.

In view of the above and the facts mentioned in the application the said condition No.(b) is hereby modified and the applicants are herein are directed to attend the Wadala T. T. Police Station on every first Monday of the month between 10.00 a.m.to 1.00 p.m. till the

2 /2APPA-795-16-914 submision of the charge sheet and thereafter once in three months of every first Monday of the month between 10.00 a.m. to 1.00 p.m. till the conclusion of the trial. Application is allowed in the aforesaid terms. (A.S.GADKARI, J.)
