This is an application for restoration of ABA/1453/2015 which was dismissed for default by an Order dated 18.04.2016. 2.

There is a delay of four months in filing the present application. However, for the reasons stated in the application and in the interest of justice, I am inclined to condone the delay and allow the application subject to condition that the applicant shall pay the cost of Rs.5,000/- to Aarti Palkar 1/2
