CORAM : N.M. Jamdar, J.
Date : 25 July, 2019.
P.C. :- Heard learned counsel for the Petitioner. Though the Civil Application is for condonation of delay of 23 days I have
905 CAS 188-17 in RC 2295-16.doc considered the merits of the Review Petition itself to find out whether any purpose will be served in condoning the delay and issuing notice.
2.
The order under review was passed rejecting an application for condonation of delay of 33 years and 359 days. Considering the facts of the case and going through the reasons made out for the condonation of delay, the Court found that no sufficient reason was given for condoning delay of 34 years. There is no error in the view taken so as to fall within the parameters of review jurisdiction.
3.
The Civil Application and Review Petition are accordingly disposed of.
