After hearing the matter for some time, when the Court was not inclined to grant any relief, learned advocate for the applicant seeks permission to withdraw this application. However, it is submitted that applicant is foreign national and he is in custody since 27th February, 2018 and hence trial may be expedited. Learned counsel for the applicant submits that the case is pending before the NDPS Special Court No. 54 which is primarily taking up the matter of TADA and cases under NDPS Act.

In view of this, application is allowed to be withdrawn. The trial Court is directed to conclude the trial within nine months from today.

Application stands disposed off.
