1] This is an application for relaxation of condition No.(ii) imposed upon the applicant while granting him pre-arrest bail in Anticipatory Bail Application No.1289 of 2014 by an Order dated 12th August 2015. 2] By the said condition No.(ii), the applicant was directed to report to the concerned police station on first Sunday of each month till the conclusion of the trial. The learned counsel for the applicant submitted that since last one-and-half years the applicant is sincerely attending the concerned Police Station. That the applicant is ordinary resident of Hyderabad and it is very difficult for him to attend every Sunday of each month to mark his presence.

Dond 2/2 appp.797-2016.sxw 3] In view of the above, the condition to attend every first Sunday of each month is hereby modified and the applicant is directed to attend the Police Station once in three months i.e. on every first Sunday of the said month till the conclusion of the trial.
