By an Order dated 19.9.2017 the applicants were granted interim relief.

The learned counsel for the applicants submitted that the parties herein have settled the matter amicably and consent terms dated 20.6.2018 have been filed before the High Court at Calcutta in CS No.35/2017. In view of the said consent terms, the interim relief granted by Order dated 19.9.2017 is hereby confirmed. However, the condition to report to the Investigating Officer of the concerned police station is waived. 4.
