Learned Counsel for the parties tender Consent Terms duly signed by the parties through their authorised representatives and their respective Advocates, separately in the petitions. Learned Counsel seek disposal of writ petitions in terms of the respective Consent Terms. The Consent Terms are taken on record marked "X" and "X-1", receptively, in Writ Petition Nos. 6643 of 2016 and 6644 of 2016. The statements and sg Pg 1 of 2

sg wp6643-16.doc undertakings contained therein are accepted. The petitions are disposed of in terms of the Consent Terms. It is agreed by learned Counsel for the Respondent Union that the Union now has no objection to removal of plant and machinery as also disposal of the land belonging to the Petitioner, namely, Plot Nos.C-57/1, C-57/2 and C-58 at Thane Belapur Road, Village Pawane, Navi Mumbai, on the basis of the undertaking of the Petitioner contained in the Consent Terms. No order as to costs. 2.
