The learned Senior Counsel appearing for the petitioner on instructions seeks to withdraw present Writ Petition as alternative remedy is available against the impugned order before Maharashtra Administrative Tribunal. In view of this we are disposing of present Writ Petition with liberty. However, considering the fact and circumstances and the averments so made in view of the urgency as expressed and in the interest of justice we are inclined to observe that the transfer in question qua the petitioner need not be effected for the period of 10 days.
