Petitioner claims police protection. Submission is protection extended to him since 2013 was abruptly withdrawn. Learned APP submits that on 22/9/2017 after proper communication, action has been taken. Learned APP also states that never any protection was given to the petitioner. Communication dated 22/9/2017 is taken on record as Exh. A. During hearing, we find that after filing this petition, petitioner has shifted his residence from Ulhasnagar to Ambernath. The source of threat at Ulhasnagar has also ceased to exist.
