Petitioners are present with their advocate respondent No.2 is present with her advocate.

Parties are jointly requesting for quashing of Criminal Case No.16/DV/2016 as also FIR No.618/2015 and consequential chargesheet. 3.

Matrimonial dispute between respondent No.2/complainant and petitioner No.1 is already resolved and marriage is dissolved by decree of divorce by mutual consent.

Respondent No.2 has today given affidavit accordingly giving no objection. As per the Consent Terms filed in Divorce Petition M. J. Petition No. A-656/2016 in the Family Court at Bandra, Gift Deed has been executed in her favour and she is placed in possession of flat and all other terms and conditions are fulfilled.

Orally also respondent No.2 is requesting for quashing of proceedings mentioned supra.
