Though the petition was called out on two occasions, none appeared for the petitioner. Perused the petition. We do not find that a prima­facie case of willful disobedience of order of this Court is made out. Hence, there is no reasons to initiate any proceedings under the Contempt of Courts Act, 1971. Accordingly, the Contempt Petition is disposed of. We make it clear that no adjudication is made on the merits of the Family Court.
