Mr. Amol Dhumal, learned counsel appearing for the Petitioners states that inspite of contacting the Petitioners they are not responding.

The impugned order in the present Writ Petition is order dated 5th May 2015 passed by the Competent Authority appointed under the provisions of Maintenance and Welfare of Parents and Senior Citizens Act, 2007.

By the impugned order, the Petitioners have been directed to vacate the premises occupied by the parents and certain 1/2

The impugned order is dated 5th May 2015. There is no stay to the impugned order for last about 8 years. Therefore, it appears that the Petitioners are not interested in prosecuting the Writ Petition.
