Present Application is filed within the period of limitation. Mr. Nighot, learned Counsel appearing for the Respondent Nos. 1, 3 to 6 has no serious objection in allowing the present Application. Perusal of the Application would indicate that sufficient cause is made out for restoration of Second Appeal.

In view thereof, Application is allowed in terms of prayer clause (a).
