The learned APP submitted that, appropriate order be passed.

Considering the submission of the learned counsel for the Application, the Application is allowed to be withdrawn and disposed of. As the Applicant is in jail since January 2022. Hence, Trial Court is requested to expedite the trial as early as possible, preferably within one year from the receipt of the order. 5.
