ORDER :

By this Arbitration Petition the Petitioner is seeking appointment of an Arbitrator for resolving dispute between the parties. The Arbitration Agreement is contained in clause 15 of the Deed of Admission and Retirement dated 12.02.2013.

The Petitioner and the Respondents have agreed to appoint Sole Arbitrator from the panel of Arbitrators of this Court who is from Pune as the venue of Arbitration agreed upon is Pune. 1/3

In view of the agreement between the parties for appointment of Sole Arbitrator, the following order is passed : i) By consent, Mr. Subhash K. Shalgaonkar, Advocate, resident of B-601, Venkatesh Kshitij, Phase-1, Jambulwadi Road, Katraj, Pune-411 046, Mobile No.8097880405, is appointed as a Sole Arbitrator to adjudicate the disputes between the parties under the Deed of Admission and Retirement dated 12.02.2013.

(ii) The venue of arbitration shall be in Pune. (iii) Office to inform the Sole Arbitrator regarding appointment.

(iv) The Sole Arbitrator is requested to file the Disclosure Affidavit of Arbitration under Section 11(8)(i) of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 within a period of three weeks from the date of receipt of the notice issued by the Registrar Judicial-I and provide copies to the parties. (v) Parties to appear before the Sole Arbitrator on the date fixed.

(vi) Fees of the Sole Arbitrator will be payable in accordance with the Bombay High Court (O.S.) Rules, 2018. (vii) Arbitration Petition is disposed of in the above terms. (viii)No order as to costs.
