Considering the nature of accusations levelled in C.R.No.I-189 of 2022, which invoke Sections 353, 332, 427, 504 and 506 of I.P.C. read with Section 179(1) of the Motor Vehicles Act, learned A.P.P. states that notice under Section 41A of Cr.P.C. shall be served upon the applicant. Upon receipt of notice, within a period of 7 days, the applicant shall mark his presence before the Investigating Officer, who shall follow the procedure prescribed under Section 41A and record reasons in writing, in case he is desirous of effecting his arrest.

With the aforesaid direction, the application stands disposed off.
