Learned Counsel for the insurance company submits that the insurance company has deposited the entire decretal amount as per the impugned judgment and award dated 2.1.2017 passed by the learned Member, Motor Accident Claims Tribunal, Baramati. He, therefore, seeks that the interim stay be confirmed pending appeal. 3.

In view of the above, as the entire decretal amount is deposited, the stay granted on 10.10.2017 is continued till final disposal of the appeal.
