After having heard the matter for sometime, Mr. Jadhavar, learned counsel for the Petitioners would invite the attention of this Court to the reference made by the Respondent-Committee seeking opinion of the handwriting expert in the order impugned.

The learned counsel appearing for the Committee informs that after the receipt of the report, the copy will be served on the learned counsel for the Petitioners so as to facilitate the parties to effectively work out the matter. 3.

In view of the above, let the report of handwriting expert be served by the counsel for respondent on learned counsel for the Petitioners within a 1/2

If such report is served, the petitioners will be in a position to file additional affidavit so as to effectively canvass their claim. 5.
