By this civil application the applicant seeks restoration of Civil Application No.1024 of 2015 inter-alia praying for condonation of delay in filing the second appeal. I have perused the civil application which records the reasons in paragraphs 9 and 10 of the applicant for remaining absent before this Court on 1st July, 20015 and 26th August, 2015. On the statement made on behalf of the learned counsel for the applicant that the applicant would not seek any unnecessary adjournment when the second appeal is placed on board for admission / final hearing and for the reasons recorded in the civil 1/2

50-cas1849-15 application, the civil application is made absolute in terms of prayer clause (a). Civil Application No.1024 of 2015 is restored to file. Statement made by the learned counsel is accepted. 2.
