1) Parties hereto have instituted the cross-suits being Special Civil Suits No. 1403/2013 and 1055/2014. Pending appeals, both the suits, have reached the stage of fnal arguments. In that view of the matter, both the Appeals are disposed of as withdrawn.

2) However, the learned trial Judge shall decide the suits on its' own merits, without being infuenced by the impugned orders passed in both the suits.
