Heard Mr. Deshmukh, learned Counsel appearing for the Applicant and Ms. Kaushik, learned APP for the State. 2.

At the outset, Ms. Kaushik, learned APP states that the trial is almost over and only I.O. is to be examined. 3.

Mr. Deshmukh states that the Applicant is suffering from HIV.

Ms. Kaushik, learned APP states that there are 7 antecedents against the Applicant, which are as under : 1.

Chatushrungi Police Station, Pune City CR No. 1388 of 2020 for the offences under Sections 379, 34 of IPC.

Solapur City, Kurduwadi Police Station, CR No. 49 of 2021 for the offence under Section 379 IPC.

Usmanabad Dhoki Police Station, CR No. 151 of 2021 for the offences under Sections 379 , 34 IPC.

7.

Usmanabad Bebanli Police Station, CR No.84 of 2021 for the offences under Sections 457, 380, 34 IPC.

The learned Trial Court is requested to conclude the trial as expeditiously as possible and in any case on or before 31st March 2024.
