The Petitioner had filed contempt proceedings before the Central Administrative Tribunal, Mumbai. By order dated 14 July 2023, the Tribunal opined that there was no contempt committed of the Tribunal and granted liberty to the Petitioner to file a separate Original Application.

We are informed that the Petitioner has already filed a separate Original Application. We do not find any reason to interfere with the view taken by the Tribunal, that there was no contempt of the Tribunal committed by the Respondents. In view thereof, the Writ Petition is disposed of.
