Heard the learned counsel appearing for the Applicants and the learned AGP for the first to third Respondents. The learned counsel appearing for the Applicants on instructions states that application for bringing on record the legal representatives of the Respondent No.8 in the Writ Petition is ready and if the Writ Petition is restored, he will be able to file the same.

In view of the statement, a case for restoration is made out. Accordingly, the application is allowed in terms of prayer clauses (a) and (b) subject to condition that application for bringing on record the legal representatives of the Respondent No.8 shall be filed within a period of three weeks from today. If such application is not filed within the stipulated period of three weeks, order of dismissal of the Writ Petition will stand.
