2. Perused the Interim Application No.1872 of 2022.

3. Application has been taken out for seeking restoration of Writ Petition No.9024 of 2017 which was dismissed by this Court on 14th February, 2022 for non prosecution. For the reasons mentioned in the Application and learned Advocate agreeing to pay costs of Rs.5,000/- to Kirtikar Law Library, High Court, Mumbai which shall be paid within a period of one week from today the Interim Application stands allowed. If the costs are paid, the Writ Petition shall stand restored to the file.

4. The Copy of the receipt of payment of costs shall be placed on record of Writ Petition before taking the Writ Petition for hearing.
