Heard the learned Counsel for the parties.

This Application is taken out to bring the legal representatives of Respondent No.7 who passed away on 31 August 2022. 3.

The learned Counsel who appeared for Respondent No.7 submits that the legal representatives of Respondent No.7 have no objection to implead them as party Respondents to this Petition.

In view of the above, the Application stands allowed in terms of prayer clause (a).

The Petitioner is permitted to carry out amendment to the Petition in accordance with the schedule appended to the Application within a period of three SSP 1/2
