This petition is directed against the order dated 31/01/2015 by which the Maharashtra Revenue Tribunal has held that it has jurisdiction to entertain and dispose of both the appeals instituted before it.

At this stage, there is no reason to interfere with the impugned order. If the Tribunal makes any final order against the petitioner, the petitioner will undoubtedly have right to challenge the

It is made clear that this Court has not examined the merits of the matter and this petition is not being entertained, because the petitioner, if the matter is decided against him on merits, will not be without any effective remedy to challenge even the order impugned in the present petition.

With the aforesaid observation, this petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
