This is an application for modification of condition imposed upon the Applicant while releasing him on bail vide order dated 11.12.2008 passed by this Court. By the said condition, the Applicant is directed to report to the office of NCB on every Saturday till conclusion of trial. Learned Counsel for the Applicant submitted that since the date of his release from jail, the Applicant is sincerely complying with the said condition. The record indicates that the trial pertaining to Special Case No. 6 of 2008 is still pending.

In view of the above and for the reasons stated in the application, I am Sneha Chavan 1/2

The Applicant is hereinafter directed to report to the office of NCB on every first Saturday of the month between 11.00 a.m. to 1.00 p.m. till the conclusion of the trial.
